| Points to note: This is a great example of a notice composed without thought being given to the meaning of the words. - Born with two different surnames? Unlikely in 1909. Much more likely to have been married twice, and one of the "nee" names is a former married name. For indexing purposes, it doesn't matter - we index both of the previous names in the same way.
- "Late of" four different places? Physically impossible, given that "late of" refers to the place of residence at death. Three places are probably "formerly of", but as we have no way of knowing which they are, we assume nothing and index exactly what is published.
