Ryerson Index Inc welcomes requests to be represented at genealogical fairs and seminars. Depending on location and availability of suitable presenters, we can usually respond favourably to requests for either a speaker, or representation to man a table.

We are also happy to speak about Ryerson to Society meetings, either in person (where practicable) or via Zoom.

If your society wishes to include Ryerson in your event, please contact secretary@ryersonindex.org.

The Ryerson Index will be represented at the following events:

23 February 2026 Shari-Lei McLean will be speaking on Ryerson at a Zoom monthly meeting of the Family History ACT.

8 April 2026 John Graham will be speaking on Ryerson at a Zoom meeting of the Genealogical Society of Victoria.

15 April 2026 John Graham will be speaking on Ryerson at a Zoom meeting of the Geraldton Family History Society.

2 May 2026 Shari-Lei McLean will be speaking on Ryerson at the monthly meeting of the Parramatta Family History Group.

18-20 September 2026 Shari-Lei McLean will be representing Ryerson at the State Conference of the NSW & ACT Association of Family History Societies, to be held at Port Macquarie.

5-6 November 2026 Shari-Lei McLean will be representing Ryerson at SAG's Convict Conference, to be held at Epping.
